My roots have been in Art for a very long time, creatively trying different mediums and art forms. I graduated from the Art Institute of Portland with a BS in Multimedia/Web Design, another of my creative outlets.
I began photography when I was learning web design. I needed images that weren't copyrighted, so I made my own. As I was looking with an eye for the web, I began to notice little details and found that what I most enjoyed was industrial objects such as nuts, bolts, steel beams, bridges, and rust.
I'm still pulled by digital art though and most often I find myself either out looking for a new perspective or in front of the computer creating.
Aside from finding the small details of an object I enjoy travel photography. Montana has many treasures I've yet to find.
